If you need to purchase multiple gifts and ship them to different addresses, you can place each order individually and enter each address directly on our website or you can email us your order details and provide the multiple addresses via excel spreadsheet. We can send you an invoice to pay for all gifts at once.

Our succulent gifts are carefully packaged in a heavy duty box. Each gift is securely wrapped with protective measures to ensure plants arrive safely during transit. We typically only ship UPS or Priority USPS.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, District of Columbia

Each of our gifts are hand crafted the day of the order to ensure all gifts are the freshest we can send. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date however, we do try to ship our gifts out asap.

Absolutely! Each of our gifts includes a full sized colorful greeting card that can be personalized with your own message. When ordering your gift add to cart and you will be prompted to add your personalized message. Our team will hand type your message inside the greeting card.

We take pride in the quality of our succulent plants and make every effort to ensure they arrive healthy and thriving. However, due to the nature of our gifts being alive their are rare occasions where they may not arrive alive. If there are any issues with the condition of the plants upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours upon delivery with a picture of your plant and we will gladly resolve the issue.
