Can I personalize the birthday greeting card?
Yes! You can add a custom message when placing your order. We’ll print your message inside the card, creating a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind plant gift.
Do you carry gifts for occasions other than birthday gifts?
Yes we do! We carry sympathy gifts, pet loss gifts, coworker gifts , client gifts, thank you gifts, get well soon gift and more.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% off bulk orders of $1,000 or more. Please contact us prior to placing your order, so we can create a customized order and discount your order. Contact Us
Can you ship multiple plant gifts to one single address?
Yes! You can place your entire order online and enter a single shipping address at checkout. We’ll carefully package all your gifts together.
Do you allow large or bulk order?
Yes! We can accommodate large and corporate orders. We may need extra time to prepare your succulent gifts, so please contact us in advance. We can create an invoice for bulk orders and upload your shipping addresses to make the process easier. Contact Us
Can I choose the delivery date for my succulent gift?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer specific delivery date selection. However, we process orders promptly and ship them out quickly, so your gift will arrive in time for the occasion.
How do I send a succulent gift to another person?
Easy! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout under the shipping section, and we’ll handle the rest.
What if I want to buy multiple birthday gifts and ship them to different addresses?
Options:
For 2+ gifts: Please place each order individually on our website and enter a different shipping address at checkout for each one.
For 10+ large/bulk orders: Email us your order details and send an Excel sheet with all the addresses. We’ll create an invoice and upload your addresses in bulk. Contact Us
How is the succulent gift packaged?
Each plant gift is securely packaged using a layered protective packaging method to ensure your plant arrives safely. We also place a “Live Plant – Handle with Care” sticker on the outside of the box to alert carriers to treat your gift gently. Inside, you’ll find your succulent gift ready to display, along with a plant care card featuring watering, lighting, and replanting tips to help your succulent thrive. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track your succulent gift’s journey to its destination.

What shipping carrier do you use, how much does it cost and how long does it take to deliver?
We ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the product's weight. All subscription products ship via USPS. We offer two shipping options:
Free Basic Shipping: Processing takes 1-2 days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 days.
Expedited Shipping (fees apply): Processing takes 1 day, and delivery typically takes 2-3 days.
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and a few other U.S. territories.)
What if I want to send a succulent gift when it’s really hot or cold outside?
No worries! Succulents are hardy plants and usually handle extreme temperatures well. If, on the rare occasion, a plant doesn’t survive due to weather, contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue.

When will my first box ship?
Orders typically ship 2-3 days after your purchase, with monthly deliveries following around the same time each month.
How do I care for my plants or how will my recipient know how to care for their plants?
Succulents are low-maintenance and easy to care for but we will provide a succulent care card with basic care tips to help your plants thrive. We also have helpful tips and video tutorials on our website.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
