To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a picture of the succulent to demonstrate that the plant did not arrive alive. This will serve as proof of the condition of the plant upon delivery.
Upon verification of the issue, we will be happy to offer you the option of a refund or a replacement plant gift. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make sure that you receive a healthy and beautiful succulent plant.
